We process data based on consent (Law 13,709/2018, Art. 7, I), expressed by the act of requesting the material, and on legitimate interest (Art. 7, IX) for security, institutional communication and audience measurement on our pages.

Audience measurement helps us understand which analyses are useful and prioritise what we build. It is not used for advertising, is not sold, and does not feed automated decisions about you. You may object at any time, without justification, using the control in section 8.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Processors strictly necessary to operate the service (e.g., hosting) may process it under instruction and a duty of confidentiality.

We keep your email while there is a legitimate communication interest or until you request removal. Technical access logs are kept for a limited period for security and audit purposes.

Under Art. 18 of the LGPD, you may request at any time: confirmation and access, correction, anonymization or deletion, portability, withdrawal of consent, and unsubscription from communications. To exercise these, write to [email protected] — at no cost.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party cross-site tracking. Browsing data is never sold or shared.

To measure audience we store an identifier of our own in your browser (cookie bg_vid, on the brazilgrid.com domain, valid for 13 months). It lets us recognise repeat visits and avoid counting the same person twice across our tools — it is a random number and contains no name, e-mail or anything you have told us.

We use two measurement tools, both keyed to that identifier: Umami (page and visit counts) and PostHog (usage funnel and session recording, which captures navigation and clicks on our pages to diagnose usability problems).

We adopt reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect personal data. No system is entirely infallible; in the event of a relevant incident, we will take the measures required by law.
